Returns/Exchange/Refund/Cancellation
CANCELLATION: You may make a request for cancellation of the order placed for a Product any time within 24-hours from the allotted date of delivery. If you do not wish to receive the order delivered, you may email Shavcar7 at support@Shavcar7.com and cancel your order. We will initiate your refund after we have confirmation on the order canceled by you.
EXCHANGE : You may exchange the shoes in an unworn condition if you have any size issues, looking for a different shoe style or don't like the color for any reason . All the shipping expenses for picking up the shoe and sending a new one are taken care of by Shavcar7.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION.
RETURN: In case a product doesn’t fit you or you would like to return the product for any other reason, you may return the product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order. If the product is returned after seven (7) days, which is Shavcar7 standard return period, or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Shavcar7 will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise and the decision of Shavcar7 shall be final and binding. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.
NOTE: Products bought during the Sale period are not eligible for returns unless a defective or damaged product has been delivered.
